I was walking with my Mom. Our intention was looking for David St. It was a large city and we were walking up hill on a large street on the left side. Up ahead at the top of the hill was a large building that was running lengthwise. It had two outer additions that were newer and taller than the center which looked very old and built of stone where the outer additions had been masoned. I was thinking that the building was a convent or hospital.
We reached the top of the hill and turned left. I seemed to know where I was going. We came upon another very large building that I believe was a museum of some sort. There were a lot of people around and there were show cars and things parked to the right of us and the big white museum on the left. We were talking about soot. They had been doing a restoration on the building and the outside was flawlessly white. One of the show vehicles was a large pink motorcycle with magenta flames. I commented to my mom that I had riden it before.
Next thing, I’m in a hotel room with David Beach, a co-worker. He has some chicken that he’s getting ready to eat. He’s also given the choice of three beers to drink. They are Newcastles. One is rasberry. He opens the warm rasberry as I’m commenting that maybe he wants to put it in the refrigerator to cool it. He declines and is looking for something to pop the top with. I notice that he has a Swish Army knife. Danny, a co-worker that is now gone has a guitar. I start singing a song called the “Dead Chicken Blues” and making up the words as I’m going.
