Broken Stairs, Africa, Target Practice, Haunted House

There was a spiral staircase where the steps were hanging by ropes. The first two steps were fine but the next 6 or so were hanging from one side only. It seemed like a test that if you could get by these broken steps, you could get up the stairs. I didn’t try them before I woke up.

Jan was planning a big trip to Africa and taking people with her. I wondered what her relationship to Africa was. I saw these forest canopies and saw monkeys and apes living in them.

I was in a hotel room working on something that had to do with computing something, then doing target practice with a gun. It was work related and rather important, but there were these guys in the room that were being a bit belligerent and getting in the way. It was a bit annoying. We ended up going to a party in a micro bus that had the entire back as a big bed. When we got to the party, people wanted to eat pizza. I got out of the van and walked away from it and when I looked back, the bed had changed to a round table and there were people sitting at it waiting to eat.

Like so many of my dreams, there was a haunted house. In my notes I wrote that there were two guys who were going to paint it, but I can’t lock onto the memory now. The thing I do remember is that we were sitting in a large convertible watching an incredible pink sunset. I starting seeing these winged creatures dropping out of the sky. They were partly like gargoyles and partly like angels. The guys I was with starting freaking out because while I was watching the sky, they said they saw small creatures run up and jump into my body. I never saw or felt them.

Thoughts: It’s interesting that Jan and Karen have both been in my dreams this week. Not sure why tho. The target practice is indicative of me trying to nail astral projection I bet.
